RMM AGENT

The RMM agent is a software program that is installed on devices that are being managed by a remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution. It collects information about the device's health and status and communicates it to the RMM web interface. This information can be used to proactively monitor devices, deploy patches, push out policies, create alerts and tickets, execute scripts, run scheduled jobs, or even enable a remote connection to the device.
